Prototyping Work – Memory Footprints
Modeled via depthplayer using handmade collages - experimental processes to be carried out for a project on memory access using mixed media
Looking at memory as holes, memory as footprints, and memories as embedded into surfaces, extracted via physical sensory actions. Extended to crafting future memories on foreign surfaces, such emulating that of the moon/planetary objects and a memory of a white bird in the images below
"Each time you remember a memory you put a hole into it, either filling it with more details that were or were not real - the light of remembering protects further to see backwards or forwards, leaving a footprint behind or in front of you."
